We’re different from other nursing facilities in that we offer special programs in Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy with the intent to transition people from the hospital to home. Our “Back On Your Feet” Program accommodates individual goals and capabilities using appropriate treatment and therapies to ensure that each patient accomplishes the level of health and well being required to return home safely. Our ultimate goal is to help each person achieve the highest possible level of independence and retain the highest possible quality of life.
