Our Memory Care neighborhood features all private residences and inclusive rates that provide housekeeping, cable television, personalized engagement opportunities, medication management and much more. Our holistic assessment creates an individualized service plan that enables us to provide person-centered care while focusing on a resident’s unique strengths, preferences and abilities. Structured programming is available up to 8 hours per day along with a variety of opportunities for independent engagement with our consistent caregivers. The good news is that you don’t have to already live at Tallgrass to enjoy our Memory Care neighborhood.
