At Selfhelp we encourage an active lifestyle and respect each person’s independence. Choose from a studio or one bedroom apartment with an extensive range of amenities such as a movie theater and roof top deck. We’ve taken care of all the necessities including housekeeping, meals, and laundry services all in one monthly rental fee. Assistance with personal care comes to you, in your apartment when you need it, allowing you to stay independent.
